Sando Terrace & 白蛇 をイメージしたそば『白蛇そば』が完成しました。
そばの実は、神社が鎮座する岩沼産そばを 100% 使用。それを石臼にて丁寧に製粉し、そばの実の中心部のみを使用して、金蛇水神社を象徴する(御遣い)白蛇をイメージした「白」にこだわり、試⾏錯誤を繰り返して本来は灰⾊から⿊に近いそばを、そばの香りも華やかな「白いそば」として完成させました。そばの本場、山形県⻄村山郡の玉谷製麺所の製造です。

As for the buckwheat, 100% of the buckwheat from Iwanuma where the shrine is enshrined is used. It is carefully milled with a stone mill, and only the center of the buckwheat is used to stick to the "white" image of the white snake that symbolizes Kanahebisui Shrine.
